This full day workshop is for women in digital who want to understand gender bias in workplace culture and society as a whole and how it can impact us as individuals, both personally and professionally.

Here at Tech for Life HQ we are already running our immersive 50:50 programmes (previously Leading Ladies for Life), where we bring in expert mentors and delivery partners to help women working in the digital sector explore ways to improve their skills, become more confident, and progress in their career or become a stronger leader in their organisation. This Taster Day is an opportunity to dip your toe in the water and, if you want more afterwards, you can continue on to our full programme as a next step.

The day will be split into two workshops, each led by a specialist in their field, starting with a talk to prompt further discussion. You then get a chance to work through the issues in small groups before sharing your thoughts and discoveries. We will then be joined by a guest speaker including time for Q&A.
