Welcome to the Dynamo Apprentice Hub Launch!
Baltic Training Services in collaboration with Dynamo North East, are launching the Dynamo Apprentice Hub this autumn following two years of success from pilot programmes. The Dynamo Apprentice Hub has changed the lives of many young adults and supported businesses in the region with recruiting entry-level, appropriately trained employees.
What a better way to launch than with a bang, and we'd love for you to join us. We'll be hearing from Lindsay Philips of Hewett Packard Enterprise on the talent problem in the North if, in fact, we have one, Paul Lancaster of Plan Digital on what we can do to retain talent and how we market in the right way, and finally, Mark Scott of Sage UK will be discussing how hiring appropriately trained employees has benefited Sage. And, of course, we'll be serving food and drinks throughout the evening.
Once discussions have come to a close, we'll be encouraging you to chat with those in attendance and relax with fizz and food.
