What is Fuckup Nights?
Fuckup Nights is a global movement and event series that shares stories of professional failure. Each month, in events across the globe, we get three to four people to get up in front of a room full of strangers to share their own professional fuckup. The stories of the business that crashes and burns, the partnership deal that goes sour, the product that has to be recalled, we tell them all.
This month we are collaborating with Newcastle University and will co-host a Connect/FUN at Ampersand Inventions, 4th Floor, Commercial Union House, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 6QE (next door to the Stack).
Confirmed Fuppers to be annoinced 4th December.... and usually there is an after party/un-networking!
It is a friendly, relaxed, non-judgemental environment, where you can meet, share and collaborate.
The Newcastle/NE launch was as a fringe event at Newcastle Start Up Week May 2018.

After years of helping start-up businesses, attending, exhibiting, speaking at start-up and business expo's around the UK -and sick of listening to the blaggers, people telling the story of their success without really explaining the pain and pitfalls along the way. We don't set out to fail, and if we do fail - hopefully it is a lesson learned.
Come and listen to people of all ages, backgrounds and experience share their story.... and you will realise the reality is different to the theory.
